Terms of use and enrolment

The agreement

These terms are between you and MoventAI ("we", "us"), at Office no. 220, DNK Square, Sakore Nagar, Viman Nagar, Pune 411014. They apply when you use moventai.com, register for a free masterclass, request a call-back, or enrol in a program. By doing any of those things you accept them. If you are enrolling, the batch confirmation you receive on email and WhatsApp forms part of this agreement.

The privacy policy explains how we handle your data and the refund policy sets out refunds. Both are part of these terms.

Eligibility

You must be 18 or older to enrol. If you are younger, a parent or guardian must enrol you and accepts these terms on your behalf. You must give us accurate contact details and keep them current, because joining links, reminders and certificates go to the number and email you give us.

Online batches need a laptop or desktop that can run the tools taught (a modern browser, VS Code or Jupyter) and a stable internet connection. We help you set up in week 1.

The programs and what is included

Every program fee includes the live classes for that batch, the recordings for revision, doubt sessions, assignments and project reviews, the certificate on completion, and placement assistance as described below. The current programs are:

• QA Career Track (Foundation and Professional): 4 months, 160+ live hours, weekday evenings.
• NextGen SDET (Playwright) (Playwright, TypeScript and AI): 2 months, 100+ live hours.
• AI & ML Engineer (Foundations, then Applied AI and Deployment): 4 months, 96 live hours, weekends.

Each program page lists its curriculum, trainer, schedule and fee. We may update a curriculum to keep it current with the tools employers use; the overall scope and hours of a batch you have joined will not be reduced.

Free masterclasses are live, three-hour sessions on Zoom. They are free, carry no obligation and are not part of any paid program.

Schedules and recordings

Batch start dates and class timings are published on the program page and confirmed on your enrolment. We may move a class for trainer illness, a public holiday or a technical fault; we tell you on WhatsApp and email and make the session up. If we have to cancel a batch before it starts or within its first two weeks, you get a full refund or a seat in the next batch, your choice.

Recordings are provided for your personal revision for the duration of the batch and for 6 months after it ends. They are licensed to you alone. You may not download, copy, share, resell, post or stream recordings, slides, assignments or other course material, in whole or in part. Doing so ends your access without refund and may lead to legal action.

Attendance and conduct

Live classes are the product. We expect you to attend, keep your camera on when the trainer asks for it, do the assignments and treat trainers and other learners with respect. We may remove a learner who disrupts classes, harasses anyone, plagiarises project work or shares material outside the batch. Removal for conduct is not refundable.

Only the enrolled learner may attend. Sharing your login or joining link with someone else counts as redistribution of course material.

Fees, EMI and taxes

The fee for each program is shown on its page and confirmed before you pay. Prices apply to the batch they are advertised for and may change for later batches. All fees are in Indian rupees. GST is charged where applicable and shown on your invoice.

Fees are paid through Razorpay or by bank transfer to MoventAI. EMI is available through the options a counsellor confirms on your call; the EMI provider's terms, interest and schedule apply alongside these terms. A seat is confirmed when the fee, or the first instalment, is received.

If an instalment is missed, we pause access to classes and recordings until it is paid. Certificates are issued only when the full fee has been received.

The ₹1,000 one-week trial

On programs that offer it, you can join the batch for its first week by paying ₹1,000. This gives you a seat in the live classes for week 1, exactly as a full learner.

• If it is not for you: message us on WhatsApp at +91 86260 64522 before the end of week 1 (the last class of the first week, by 11:59 PM IST that day). We refund the full ₹1,000 to the source you paid from within 7 working days.
• If you stay: the ₹1,000 is adjusted against your program fee. You pay the fee minus ₹1,000, by the date your counsellor confirms, and continue in the same batch.
• If we do not hear from you by the end of week 1, we treat you as continuing and send the fee invoice. You can still withdraw before paying it; in that case the ₹1,000 is not refunded.

The trial is available once per person per program.

Refunds

Refunds are set out in the refund policy, which is part of these terms. In short: the one-week trial is fully refundable within week 1; program fees are not refundable once week 1 has passed, except where MoventAI cancels the batch; masterclasses are free.

Certificates

A certificate is issued when you complete a program: attend the live classes (or cover them through the recordings), submit the assignments and complete the project work, and clear the fee. The QA Career Track issues one certificate per part (Foundation and Professional); NextGen SDET (Playwright) issues one; the AI & ML Engineer track issues one per course. Free masterclasses issue a certificate of attendance.

Certificates are issued by MoventAI. They are not a university degree or a government qualification, and we do not represent them as one. Employers can verify a certificate by writing to info@moventai.com.

Placement assistance

Guaranteed placement assistance through our network of 100+ hiring partners. What we guarantee is the assistance: for every learner who completes a program, we rebuild your resume and LinkedIn profile, run mock interviews with working engineers, prepare you for the interviews you get, and refer you into open roles across our hiring partner network, for as many rounds as it takes.

Hiring decisions belong to the employer. We do not promise a job, a salary or a timeline, and no one acting for MoventAI is authorised to promise one. Placement assistance does not cover roles outside the skills a program teaches.

What we ask of you: complete the program, keep your profile and project work current, attend the mock interviews we schedule, respond to referrals within two working days, show up to interviews you accept, and tell us when you receive an offer. Placement assistance ends 12 months after your batch ends, or earlier if you stop responding to us.

Intellectual property

Course material, recordings, slides, assignments, code samples, the MoventAI name and logo and the content of this site belong to MoventAI or its licensors. Enrolment gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the material for your own learning while you have access. You own the projects you build, and you may show them to employers; where a project builds on our starter code, you may use that code in your portfolio with a credit to MoventAI.

Tool names and logos shown on the site belong to their owners and show what is taught. They do not imply a partnership or endorsement.

Liability

We will deliver the program as described, with reasonable skill and care. Beyond that, to the extent Indian law allows, our total liability to you for any claim connected to a program is limited to the fee you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect losses, such as lost earnings or missed opportunities, or for outages at Zoom, your internet provider or a payment gateway that are outside our control.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, or any liability that cannot be limited under Indian law, including your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Pune, Maharashtra. Before going to court, write to us; most issues are settled by a conversation with the program lead within two weeks.

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the current version. Changes apply to enrolments made after that date; a batch you have already joined stays on the terms you accepted.
