Choosing a track

Which program should I start with?
It depends on where you are today. Freshers and career changers start with the QA Career Track, which begins at manual testing and ends at Playwright automation with AI. Working testers who already know manual or Selenium testing take the NextGen SDET (Playwright) program. Anyone who wants to build and deploy machine learning models joins the AI & ML Engineer track. If you are unsure, a counsellor will place you in 15 minutes.
I am a fresher from a non-IT background. Can I join the QA Career Track?
Yes. The QA Career Track assumes no coding background. It starts with how software is built and tested, then adds SQL, Git and API testing before your first Playwright script. Testing rewards logic and attention to detail, which is why graduates from every branch move into it.
I already test manually or with Selenium. Which track is for me?
NextGen SDET (Playwright). It is built for working testers: two months, four phases, 100+ live hours, Playwright with TypeScript, AI-assisted test writing with Copilot, Cursor and Claude Code, and CI with GitHub Actions and Docker. You finish with a framework and a capstone you can show in an interview.
Do I need to know Python or maths for the AI & ML Engineer track?
No. The Foundations course starts with Python for AI and ML, then the statistics, probability and linear algebra you actually use, taught alongside the models that need them. If you can write a loop and a function in any language you are ready. If you cannot, say so on your counselling call and the counsellor will tell you what to practise before the batch starts.
Can I take two tracks?
Yes, one after the other. The most common pairing is QA Career Track followed by NextGen SDET (Playwright), or NextGen SDET (Playwright) alongside the weekend AI & ML batch. Tell your counsellor; the schedules are planned so a weekday-evening batch and a weekend batch do not clash.

How classes run

Are the classes live or recorded?
Live, with a trainer, every session. Recordings are shared after each class for revision, and there are doubt sessions outside class hours. Nothing is a pre-recorded video course.
What are the class timings?
QA Career Track runs on weekday evenings, 7:30 to 9:30 PM IST, over four months; ask a counsellor for the next batch date. AI & ML Engineer runs on weekends, Saturday and Sunday, over four months; the next batch starts Sat 5 Dec 2026, and your counsellor shares the exact timings. NextGen SDET (Playwright) is a two-month weekday program; the next batch starts Mon 7 Dec 2026, and your counsellor shares the exact timings.
How big is a batch?
Small on purpose: 20 learners in an online batch and 10 in the Pune classroom. The trainer knows every name, reviews your code and can stop for a question without losing the room.
What if I miss a class?
Watch the recording, then bring your questions to the next doubt session. Missing a few classes is normal; the projects and the live practice are what matter. If you miss a long stretch for a genuine reason, talk to us and we will fit you into a later batch for those topics.
How much practice do I need outside class?
Plan for four to six hours a week on top of the classes: assignments, the project you build through the program and reading the tool docs. People who do this are the ones who walk into interviews with something to show.

Fees, EMI and the week-1 trial

What does each program cost?
The fee for every program sits on its own page, in one place, with the batch fee and what it includes. There are no hidden add-ons: recordings, projects, mock interviews, certificates and placement assistance are all part of the fee.
Is EMI available?
Yes. EMI options are set up on your counselling call, because the tenure and the provider depend on the program and your situation. Ask for it when the counsellor calls.
How does the one-week trial work?
Pay ₹1,000 to join the batch for its first week and sit in the live classes. If it is not for you, message us on WhatsApp before the end of week 1 and the ₹1,000 comes back to you in full. You decide after seeing the trainer, the pace and the people, not before.
What happens to the ₹1,000 if I stay?
It is adjusted against your program fee, so you pay the fee minus ₹1,000. You then continue in the same batch; nothing restarts.
Can I get a refund after week 1?
No. Once week 1 has passed, the fee is not refundable, because your seat has been held in a small batch. The one exception is a batch MoventAI cancels, which is refunded in full. The details are in the refund policy.

Placement assistance

What does placement assistance include?
Guaranteed placement assistance through our network of 100+ hiring partners. In practice that means a resume and LinkedIn rebuild, mock interviews with working engineers, interview preparation for the roles you are applying to, and referrals into open roles across the partner network.
What exactly is guaranteed?
The assistance. Every learner who completes a program gets the resume and LinkedIn rebuild, the mock interviews and the referrals, as many rounds as it takes. The hiring decision belongs to the employer, which is true of every training company, and we say so plainly.
Who are the hiring partners?
A network of 100+ companies that hire testers, automation engineers and ML engineers: product startups, IT services firms and in-house engineering teams. We refer learners into the roles those teams open, and the network grows with every batch.
When does placement assistance start?
Resume and LinkedIn work starts in the second half of the program, so your profile is ready by the time you finish. Mock interviews and referrals begin once your capstone is done. Working testers on NextGen SDET (Playwright) often start interviewing before the program ends.
I already have a job. Does placement assistance still apply?
Yes. Many NextGen SDET (Playwright) and AI & ML learners are switching roles rather than starting out. The mock interviews and referrals are the same; the difference is that we target the next role, not the first one.

Certificates

Do I get a certificate?
Yes. The QA Career Track gives two certificates, one for Foundation and one for Professional. NextGen SDET (Playwright) gives one. The AI & ML Engineer track gives one for each of its two courses.
What do I need to do to earn it?
Complete the program: attend the live classes (or catch up on the recordings), submit the assignments and finish the project work. Certificates are issued on completion, not on enrolment, so each one stands for work you actually did.
Is the certificate recognised by employers?
It is a MoventAI certificate, not a university degree, and we do not pretend otherwise. What gets you shortlisted is the work behind it: a GitHub repository with a real test framework or a deployed model, and the ability to explain it. The certificate tells an employer you completed a live, project-based program; the project proves it.

Offline classroom

Where is the classroom?
At Office no. 220, DNK Square, Sakore Nagar, Viman Nagar, Pune 411014. It is a 10-seat classroom used for the offline batches, with the same trainers who teach online. Directions and a map are on the contact page.
Which programs can I attend offline?
The QA Career Track has 10 classroom seats per batch, and the AI & ML Engineer track has an offline option in the same room. NextGen SDET (Playwright) runs online, which suits working testers who join after office hours. Ask your counsellor which upcoming batch has classroom seats open.
Can I switch between online and offline?
Pick one when you enrol. If your situation changes mid-batch, tell us and we will move you as soon as a seat is free in the other mode. The curriculum, trainer and recordings are identical, so nothing is lost in the move.

Masterclasses

What happens in a free masterclass?
Three hours, live on Zoom, with the trainer who teaches the batch. In the Playwright + AI masterclass you write, run and fix an automated test with AI. In the AI & ML masterclass you train your first model live and see data become features, a model, an evaluation and an app. The last 15 minutes cover our programs, and we say so at the start.
When is the next masterclass?
Playwright + AI: Sat 28 Nov, 11 AM to 2 PM IST, on Zoom. AI & ML: new dates coming soon. Register on the Playwright + AI class page or the AI & ML class page, and the joining link reaches you on WhatsApp and email.
Do I have to attend a masterclass before joining a batch?
No. The masterclass is optional and separate from the batches. If you already know what you want, a counsellor can enrol you directly, and the one-week trial lets you check the trainer, the pace and the batch before you pay the full fee.
Do I get anything for attending?
A certificate of attendance, a LinkedIn profile checklist, and a project kit for the track you attended. Everyone who registers also gets the roadmap for that track straight away, so you have a plan even if you never join a batch.
