Refund policy
Short and clear: the one-week trial, what happens after week 1, and how to ask for a refund.
The one-week trial: ₹1,000, fully refundable
On programs that offer it, you join the batch for its first week by paying ₹1,000 and attend the live classes like any other learner. If it is not for you, tell us before the end of week 1 and the full ₹1,000 comes back. No questions, no form to justify it.
If you stay, the ₹1,000 is adjusted against your program fee: you pay the fee minus ₹1,000 and carry on in the same batch.
Week 1 ends at 11:59 PM IST on the day of the first week's last class. The exact date is in your trial confirmation on WhatsApp.
Refunds after week 1
Once week 1 has passed, the program fee is not refundable, whether you paid in full or by EMI, and whether or not you attend the remaining classes. Batches are small and your seat was held for you. Instalments already due remain payable.
The one exception is a batch that MoventAI cancels, before it starts or during its run. In that case you choose between a full refund of everything you paid for that batch and a seat in the next batch of the same program.
A class moved to another day, a change of trainer for a session, or a curriculum update is not a cancellation.
Free masterclasses
Masterclasses are free. There is no fee, so there is nothing to refund. If you register and cannot attend, you simply miss it; you can register for the next date.
How to request a refund
Message us on WhatsApp at +91 86260 64522 or email info@moventai.com with your name, the program and the number you registered with. For a trial refund, "Not for me, please refund the trial" is enough. We confirm the request on the same working day.
Timelines
- Trial refunds: processed within 7 working days of your message, to the source you paid from (the same card, UPI ID or account).
- Batch cancelled by MoventAI: processed within 10 working days of the cancellation notice, to the same source.
- Bank and gateway time: after we process a refund, your bank or UPI app can take a further 5 to 7 working days to show it.
Refunds are made in Indian rupees. Any EMI arrangement is closed with the EMI provider at the same time; charges the provider has already applied are governed by its terms.
